Situated in a lovely setting with beautiful sea views but within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and Skegness' lively town centre, it is probably the best location in Skegness for a quiet, relaxing break or a fun and lively holiday making the most of all Skegness has to offer. There truly is something for everyone.

Indoors

A large house with 8 bedrooms - 5 of which en-suite. It's the ideal holiday rental for you and your family and friends to be in the same place for practicality, but offering enough space for you all to have your own privacy.
There are two large, comfortable living rooms to unwind in the evenings, and we have you covered at meal times with our open plan kitchen and dining area seating 18.
Washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher are all available for use, as well as all bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans ensuring a home from home experience.

Outdoors

Our remarkable outside area with sea views is one to be made the most of during your stay - with an extra large patio area with BBQ, brand new games room with full sized snooker table, darts and bar, second room with table tennis, extra large grass area and even a children's playground with roundabout, swings and a tree house - we really have everyone covered.
If you're fancying a walk to the beach our property offers direct access to a peaceful area of Skegness'  usually bustling beaches, where you can watch the sunrise with a coffee and enjoy the impressive view and beauty of the ocean.
